Student Learning Project Poster Competition
From Classroom Learning to Real-World Problem Solving
The Student Learning Project Poster Competition will provide students with an opportunity to showcase how they have applied concepts, frameworks, tools and skills learned during their coursework to address authentic real-world problems and challenges.
The focus will not be only on the final solution, but on demonstrating evidence of learning, application of knowledge and the student's ability to analyse and respond to an authentic problem.

Submission requirements
Stage 1: Initial submission
The project report should:
- Be 4–5 pages in length, excluding references and annexures, where applicable
- Be written in English
- Include the project title, student name(s), programme, institution, faculty mentor, and contact details
- Clearly identify whether the project was completed individually or as a team
- Use appropriate references and acknowledgements where external sources, datasets or frameworks have been used
- Be submitted in the prescribed format by the announced deadline
All submitted reports will be reviewed, and selected projects will be invited for presentation at the conference.
Stage 2: Poster presentation
Students whose project reports are shortlisted will be required to prepare and present a physical poster during the conference.
