We invite submissions that contribute to advancing evidence-informed teaching, learning and educational development. Authors may submit their work under any of the following categories.
Abstract / proposal submission deadline: 31 October 2026
Submission categories
Teaching Innovation Papers
Evidence-informed accounts of classroom interventions, teaching strategies, assessment approaches or learning designs, supported by reflection or evidence of effectiveness.
Classroom Innovation Showcase
Short, practice-oriented presentations or demonstrations of an innovative classroom activity, assessment, teaching tool, learning resource or instructional intervention.
Stage 1: Initial submission
Research Papers
Extended Abstract: 800–1,000 words. Include Title; Background/Context; Research Problem or Question(s); Methodology/Approach; Key Findings or Expected Findings; Discussion/Implications for Teaching and Learning; and 3–5 Keywords. References may be provided separately and are not counted in the word limit.
Teaching Innovation Papers
Extended Abstract: 600–800 words. Include Title; Teaching/Learning Context; Problem or Need Addressed; Description of the Innovation/Intervention; Implementation Process; Evidence of Effectiveness or Learner Response; Key Learning/Reflection; Potential for Adaptation or Replication; and 3–5 Keywords.
Classroom Innovation Showcase
Practice Abstract: 300–500 words. Include Title; Classroom Context; Teaching/Learning Challenge; Description of the Activity, Tool, Assessment, Resource or Intervention; How it was Implemented; Observed/Expected Learning Benefits; and Key Takeaways for Participants. Supporting photographs, screenshots, worksheets or other demonstration materials may be included where relevant.
Stage 2: Final submission after acceptance
Authors whose initial submissions are accepted will be invited to submit a more detailed version of their work.

General submission guidelines
- Submissions should be original and relevant to the conference theme and tracks.
- The title should be concise and clearly reflect the focus of the submission.
- Include the name, designation, institution/organization and email address of all authors/contributors.
- Clearly identify the corresponding author/presenter.
- Select the most appropriate conference track at the time of submission.
- Use APA 7th Edition for references, wherever applicable.
- Submissions should be prepared in English.
- All submissions will undergo a review process for relevance, clarity, quality and contribution to teaching and learning practice.
- Acceptance will be communicated to the corresponding author, along with the presentation format and further guidelines.
